Baby #4 will be here any day now, and we are so excited! Even though I am not a new mom, I feel like I am still learning so much. There are always new products to try, and I am always keeping my eye out for natural products that support my sustainable journey. Whether you looking for items to add to your registry, or shopping for a friend or family member, here are some of my favorite natural and sustainable nursery finds!

Diapers

I love Coterie for a few reasons. The first being they put out a quality product. Who else would like to deal with less leaks and blowouts?! Their diapers are free of toxins, dyes and other harsh chemicals that aren’t ideal for a baby’s sensitive skin, and paired with their quick absorption and super soft material, there’s no other diaper I need!

There’s no denying diapers have a negative impact on our planet. While there isn’t much I can do about the diapers themselves (at least at the moment) I can choose products with a positive impact. Bottles

There are SO many bottles out there, and I have tried quite a few. Gassy bellies, leaky tops and pricey replacement costs due to unreliable materials caused nightmares for the whole family. The Flexy Silicone Bottle by Nanobébé is the exception to this. It’s made from super soft silicone, which makes it feel more like me, and it has a non-collapsible nipple that will prevent gas and nipple confusion. There’s also the added bonus that it’s really easy to clean AND it has a wide bottom that helps the bottle from tipping over.

If you are planning on breastfeeding, you should also check out their breastmilk bottles. These innovative bottles heat and cool down milk in the bottle, which is crucial in preventing the loss of nutrients as well as bacteria forming. Did you know breast milk at room temperature for 20 minutes is already subject to bacteria?! That’s nuts! There’s a breast pump adapter that allows you to pump straight into the bottle and start cooling. When it’s time to feed your little one, it heats up twice as fast as other bottle warmers.

Changing Basket Set

When I say I am obsessed with my changing basket set from Bebe Bask, I mean OBSESSED. I can’t get enough of the neutral colors, and I love that it is handmade from natural seagrass. It sits perfectly on our dresser. The set includes a water-resistant foam pad, just in case I wasn’t quick enough during the diaper change. It also comes with a vegan leader changing mat that folds up perfectly in my diaper tote for when I am on the go. This is a fair trade item and depending on the time of year that the seagrass was harvested for your basket, the color could vary some from mine. I love that each piece is unique and its own!

Diaper Bag

I never seem to find the perfect diaper bag, and I usually just end up using a bigger purse instead. The problem is everything gets thrown into one giant section, and I feel like I can never find anything. My Tote Savvy has been a lifesaver!
